We can perform a scope on 99% of the addresses in the United States and most of Canada – even from blueprints. If for any reason the property cannot be scoped, we will notify you promptly and give you credit for the report.
Our technicians are trained in scoping all types of structures. Regardless of the building classification, Scope Technologies can put together an accurate report for you.
A typical residential report is returned in 12 hours or less. Most commercial reports are returned in 2-3 business days. Rush deliveries (< 3 hours) are available for some reports for a small fee. Standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. MST/MDT.
You can manually add funds to your account by going to the My Payments page and clicking “Add Account Balance.” You can also sign up for a membership, which will automatically make a monthly deposit in your account.
Enter the address you’d like scoped. Once on the map, simply place the location marker over the structure. If our technicians are unsure of which structure to scope, we will contact you to verify the address and structure location(s).
By signing up for a membership plan, customers will be able to customize their reports with their business logo and preferred color scheme. Please contact our friendly team at 877-697-2673 on how to get started.
We guarantee 95% accuracy on the total roof area. If you believe your Scope to be inaccurate please contact our customer experience team at 877-697-2673 and we’ll be happy to take a second look.
Yes! On a residential property, you can include up to three auxiliary structures on the property at no additional charge. Auxiliary structures are limited to detached garages, sheds, and gazebos.
For a multi-family or commercial property, simply enter the number of buildings (up to 20) needed during the ordering process and we’ll include them in one comprehensive report. Pricing varies with the number of structures. For properties with more than 20 structures, please contact our friendly customer experience team at 877-697-2673.
*Comprehensive reports are limited to roof and gutter. Individual reports need to be ordered for each building for other report types including blueprints.

RoofScopeX is our lite report and gives you the total squares and break down of pitch.
RoofScope is our full report and gives you the total squares along with a breakdown of slope, high roof and Ice & Water Barrier. It also gives a complete itemization of the edges and folds such as eave, rake, ridge, hip, valley, and flashing.

Click Forgot Password? on the Login page. Enter your Scope Account Email. You will receive an email from us. Open it and use the code to reset your password. This will open a web page where you will be prompted to enter a new password and confirm. That’s it!

Yes! Visit the App Store or Google Play on your mobile device and search for Scope App to download
First login to RoofScope and navigate to your My Details page. Add your phone number in the Text-to-Scope section. You’ll be sent a text with a verification code. Once the code is verified, simply text an address to 720-410-9840, follow the prompts, and we’ll get right to work on your report.

Yes! Membership customers can utilize the Boost feature to upgrade and we’ll deduct the cost of the RoofScopeX from the RoofScope.
We do not call out specific materials on our reports. We simply give you the measurements. You can however generate a material estimate and work order using our software ProDocs. Click here to schedule a demo with one of our reps.
Yes! On our Home Page, click Upload Blueprint. We accept PDFs and need a Roof Plan, Floor Plan, and Elevations to complete the order.
